New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty

New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty needed to relocate Perspectives, its national property market series, to Canterbury, and wanted one team to own the whole process rather than splitting filming, graphics and delivery across different hands. Scripts, market data slides and branded elements had previously sat with separate suppliers, making consistency harder to hold as the series scaled.

Dark Matter took the series end to end. We host CEO Mark Harris in our Christchurch studio, run the teleprompter and the shoot, then build the stats frames, lower thirds and property cutaways in-house to NZSIR’s brand guidelines, delivering each edition in both landscape and portrait, ready for social and email, within days of filming.

What started as a six-times-a-year brief has grown into an ongoing partnership. Alongside Perspectives, we now produce campaign films and award announcements for the national marketing team.
